Refund and Return Policy

Effective Date: November 2025 Thank you for shopping at Emerald Studio. We take pride in providing high-quality stitched and unstitched designer wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Return Period

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Custom-stitched or altered dresses
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional discount
  • Accessories, undergarments, or dupattas sold separately
  • Items damaged by improper use, washing, or handling

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:
  1. Email us at support@emeraldstudiopk.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and pictures of the product (if applicable).
  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
  4. Ship the product back to us at your own cost unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent by us.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original method of payment (or store credit if applicable).
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you wish to exchange for a different size or design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@emeraldstudiopk.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

8. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was incorrect or defective. Please use a reliable courier service and retain the tracking number as proof of return shipment.
